| I notice that my right rear tire was going flat almost daily. I did not have an appointment so called the Chanhassan store to see when I could get in. I talked to the front office person and they were very accommodating and said they could squeeze me in if i came right in, so I did. I left my vehicle their and gave them my cell number and was told they would get to it as fast as they could. To my surprise i got a call within an hour that my car was fix and ready to pick up. My experience was one of total professionalism combined with old fashion good customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of automobile service. Keep up the great work and don't change anything. |
