Very efficient and comfortable customer area. |

2nd time in a row we had to come back due to the job not being done right. This time oil leaked all over my driveway. You should send the tech to my house to clean it up. |

Not competitive for a simple battery replacement. No one else charges labor and a shop supplies fee for installing a new auto battery. An extra $100 with no concern for doing so upon customer complaint. Not how to keep ones business on car maintenance and repair. |

Charged for full synthetic oil change and wanted regular oil. |

Horrible service and inaccurate estimate. |

I wish I could give you a lower rating because you've earned it. I'll never bring my vehicle in to your shop again. The last few visits I've had to this shop have been nothing more than an expensive waste of time. Each time I've gotten my vehicle back the problem I brought it in for hasn't been solved but I've been charged an outrageous amount. The level of incompetence at this shop is just staggering and I've need to write a novel to rehash ALL the problems I've had with you. I recently brought my vehicle in and all you did was change out the battery as I drove away I noticed my truck sounded worse than when I brought it in and the dimming of my lights was the same. I knew then I wouldn't bring my vehicle back to you again and now last night my check engine light is on. I've spent close to $3000 dollars in one year on tires and other "Repairs" from your shop but I will never give you my business ever again. This last time you charged me $300 for "Diagnostic" and a new battery...turns out all I needed was a $25 voltage regulator for THAT problem. Now I have a new problem just because I brought my truck to you idiots. As far as I'm concerned Dan the manager is a moron and Duane is one of the most incompetent jerks I've ever met. You lost business for life and I'm going to make sure I tell everyone to avoid this complete scam you call a repair shop. I'd rather cut my arm off than ever bring my business to you again. Might as well considering you charge an arm and a leg and leave the customer less equipped then when they came in. |

My wife brought in our jeep as the engine light went on. The diagnostic test indicated we needed a new gas cap. We were charged $130 for the test and another $37 for a new gas cap. This is ridiculous!!!!! We have been loyal customers to Youngstedts for 10+ years and now I am considering taking my business elsewhere. |
