I am always pleased with the quality of work that is done on my car when I use your services. I know I can trust you to do a good job. |

I feel very taken care of when I go into get any service done. |

Everything went fine. The tech noticed that my alignment needed adjustment and that was a good thing. The only issue I have is that the tires were not equal in tire pressure. The front tires were at 72 lbs. and the rear were 58 lbs.? No big deal I will fix that. Ed Hjermstad |

Friendly, courteous shop. Work was done as promised. |

I had a 7:30am appointment on a Saturday morning. No one showed up to open the shop until 7:50am. There was NO apology and as I waited for my vehicle in the lounge area, I had to listen to swear words being used because a couple of employees were not showing up. Totally unprofessional and I will not be back. |

My jeep is now leaking oil since my oil change, I have not had time yet to bring it in. Ryan 602-434-9200 |

Forgot to ask if we wanted synthetic or regular oil. We had synthetic and now they put in regular oil. We wanted to stick with synthetic. |
|
was disappointed in my last visit |

I normally go to the Wayzata location and am completely satisfied with my experience; however, I was not happy when I left Chanhassen. I had an appointment for an oil change and they took 50 minutes to do the job. Then my car smelled really bad like someone spilled oil in it. Not impressed. |

My drivers window was left open when my truck was pulled out of shop. It was snowing and the seat was wet when I got into the truck. I was at the desk reviewing my bill and asking about future work needed to be done. I went back into office to let them know my window was down and he said "he thought you where leaving right away". |

Price was significantly higher to replace a part than two other quotes for the same repair. Will rethink using your shop for anything but an oil change in the future. |

We brought our car in for a traction control/esc light that came on. When we picked up the car and paid the $232.00 I drove it 2 miles and the same light came on so I drove the car back in right away. They took my car out for a 45 minute ride to check it out (why it would take that long is beyond me), They finally came back and said everything works. Once again I drove a couple miles away and the light came back on again even though they said they replaced the brake sensor. I ended up bringing it to a dealership and apparently Youndstedt's never reset anything. Thankfully the dealership fixed it at no charge for us. The manager at Youngdstedt's was great though and really tried to help us but the employee's, I feel, didn't really do their job very well. |

Had to return vehicle because after tire rotation a double stacked wheel weight was hitting caliber. Disappointed that wasn?t checked prior to leaving. |

I brought my car in the Tuesday before Thanksgiving to get new tires and an oil change before I drove to Chicago, tires were great but discovered later the oil was not changed. 100 miles into my trip the oil light went on and had to stop to add oil... very frustrating |

I brought my truck in because I found two tires each with a screw in them. When I got the truck back, the screws were still in there. All that was performed was a bead seal. Also I think a $120 diagnostic fee on top of a $240 labor charge is over charging for the oil pressure sender. The part cost of the oil pressure sender is 3 times what it would cost if I bought it at an auto parts store. Unhappy with the value of the repair received and unhappy with the tire service. |

Service performance was reasonable. Disappointed in the entire oil change card and sales process. I feel the sales were deceptive to the service provided. When I bought the card no one said I would be paying above and beyond what I paid for the card. He said that the card covered all costs of the oil change. The 1st oil change I had with the card followed this practice. This last time the service person made me pay an additional $10 or $12. When I told him I was unhappy, he tried to say I owed him an additional $10 or $12 from the 1st time I used the card. He was not friendly and I was taken aback by his tone. I would think if you buy a card it covers all costs - AND if it doesn't, should be made VERY CLEARLY to the purchaser at the time of purchase. |
