| Our service, this time and always, is the most efficient, high-quality, and pleasant of any of our service providers. I would recommend to anyone who wants first-class service at a fair price. We take all of our service vehicles to Youngstedt's for every aspect of maintenance. They do a superior job of keeping us on the road, especially in this very busy time of year. |

| I have only positive comments to say about Youngstedt's in Chan. The gentlemen I have talked with; listen and don't patronize. They helped with a CD player issue (not scheduled), along with my scheduled oil change. They didnt have to, but did provide me with other resources. (and the waiting room is clean) |

| Andy helped me and did a great job. I like that we can use E-Mail rather than the Phone to get an estimate and appointment. Here is what I like: I get a documented estimate and I don't need to wait on phone holding for a estimate, it saves time on both ends. |

| The work is always excellent and when the staff give us an estimate, we know they will either be under that amount or at that amount. We also know they stand behind their work. The Chanhassen store could use an updated loaner van. The one they have works fine but is pretty worn looking on the inside! |
