| Three examples of how Youngstedts Chanhassen has earned my trust: 1) after a do-it-yourself oil change went bad with a completely stripped oil filter, they only charged me for an oil change to rectify the problem; 2) while getting other work done, they forgot to perform the requested oil change - when I brought the vehicle back, they performed it immediately and gave me a free future oil change; 3) I had given them permission to change all fluids, belts, and hoses - their recommendation back was that belts and hoses didn't need to be replaced. I trust this shop. |
