| I'm very particular when it comes to my Saturn Sky. Youngstedts respected my request to not move the seat. I asked them if they had a short guy that could drive it in. All in good humor. Recommended best oil, since car was going into storage for the winter. Youngsteadts is always very professional and high level of customer service. I now take all my cars there for service. |

Without an appointment, I showed up and Youngstedt's and despite having a full morning scheduled, they managed to squeeze me in. I was in and out within an hour and greatly appreciated the help from this dedicated staff especially on such short notice. Thanks so much! |

| My oil change was done quickly, and I was glad that you didn't come out and say I needed more work. I don't mind maintaining my car, I quit going to NTB because every time my oil change was done they would say I need hundreds of dollars of other things done on it. |
